• International Shipping: We also ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping on orders over $250.

U.S. Tariffs & Fees

Customers in the United States may be subject to a 35% tariff fee along with brokerage fees ranging from $10 to $20. These fees will be collected upon delivery through the postal service.

Please note that you will not be able to collect your package until these fees are paid.

Do We Ship to Your Country?

We ship internationally, so there's a good chance we do! To find out for sure, start the checkout process and enter your shipping details. If you encounter an error during checkout, it means we currently do not ship to your location.

Order Processing & Shipment

1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a receipt listing all purchased items (please check your spam/junk folder).
2. Processing Time: Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.
3. Shipping & Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details, where applicable.
  
• Please note that Small Packet International Surface shipping does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. If this option is selected, you acknowledge and accept that tracking updates will not be available and delivery cannot be confirmed.
  
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped using untracked methods.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer tracked shipping on most orders. However, once an item is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for it. If you do not receive your package, please contact the shipping provider or courier directly. If delivery is confirmed to the address provided on your order, we are unable to assist further.

If you choose Small Packet International Surface shipping, please note that this service does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. By selecting this option, you accept that we cannot track the package, confirm delivery, or be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
