U.S. Tariffs & Fees

Customers in the United States may be subject to a 35% tariff fee along with brokerage fees ranging from $10 to $20. These fees will be collected upon delivery through the postal service.

Please note that you will not be able to collect your package until these fees are paid.

Do We Ship to Your Country?

We ship internationally, so there's a good chance we do! To find out for sure, start the checkout process and enter your shipping details. If you encounter an error during checkout, it means we currently do not ship to your location.

Order Processing & Shipment

1. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a receipt listing all the items purchased (please check your spam/junk folder).
   
2. We’ll process and package your order within 1-3 business days.
   
3. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. Please note, international orders may not include tracking depending on the shipping method selected.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer tracked shipping for all orders. However, once an item is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for it. If you don't receive your package, please reach out to the shipping provider or courier. If delivery was confirmed to the address on your order, we cannot assist further. Please contact the relevant courier for resolution.
